Management Team
The management team is the heart of ULN Group. Our managers’
competence/skill and experience, matured in prestigious
international financial and insurance groups, are a
guarantee of professionalism and success.
The Board of Directors is managed by (dott.)Giuseppe Virzo,
formerly president and founder of Banca Popolare Vesuviana,
while the (Bargaining Board) is directed by (dott.) F. Serao,
formerly president of the “Ordine Nazionale dei Dottori
Commercialisti” (the Italian State Board of Accountancy),
and now member of CSM Tributario.
Chief Executive is Alfredo Sangiovanni, formerly Italy Sales
Manager for ING Group, creator and founder of ULN Group.
